At Shani Wigs, we want you to feel confident in your look; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn, unaltered wig in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all lace remains uncut and tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Place the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring the lace is protected and all original styling inserts are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the wig's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
